I know this response is a few months late and you've probably either got it to work, or gave up on it. It has touchscreen technology and uses a Mac OS X operating system. In my opinion, if you want to try out a Linux distribution, do so on a PC, Macs are very close sourced as far as hardware and software goes, so even if you got it to work, you probably wouldn't have a lot of options.
